Getting started with Oakden takes less than five minutes. Choose the product that fits your needs and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Choose Your Product
- For homeowners who want to diagnose home issues: visit oakdenproperty.com
- For contractors who need project management: visit proaibuilder.com
- For the full platform including Console and smart home tools: visit oakden.ca
Step 2: Create a Free Account
Click Sign Up on any Oakden product. Enter your email address and choose a password. You will receive a verification email within a minute. Click the link to confirm your account.
No credit card is required for free tiers or trial periods.
Step 3: Get Started with Oakden Property
If you chose Oakden Property, here is how to run your first home diagnosis:
- Log in and navigate to the Checkup page
- Select the room where the issue is (kitchen, bathroom, basement, etc.)
- Describe the symptoms you are seeing: water stains, cracks, odors, noises, or anything else that concerns you
- Optionally add photos for more accurate analysis
- Click Submit and wait approximately 60 seconds for the AI to analyze your situation
- Review your diagnosis report: the likely issue, severity level, root cause, recommended trade professional, and estimated cost range
Your diagnosis is saved to your property dashboard automatically.
Step 4: Get Started with ProAI Builder
If you chose ProAI Builder, here is how to set up your first project:
- Log in and click New Project from the dashboard
- Enter your project details: name, address, client information, start and end dates, and budget
- Add team members if you have them
- Start creating daily logs to track progress on site
- Use the AI Assistant (Arbor) to ask questions, generate summaries, or draft documents
ProAI Builder works best when you use it every day on the job site. The more data it has, the smarter it gets.
