Arbor is ProAI Builder's built-in AI assistant, designed specifically for construction professionals. It understands your projects, your data, and the language of building.
What Arbor Can Do
Arbor has access to all of your project data and can help with a wide range of tasks:

Voice Input
You can speak to Arbor instead of typing. Tap the microphone icon in the chat interface and talk naturally. This is especially useful when you are on a job site and need a quick answer without stopping to type.
How It Works
Arbor uses AI to interpret your question, search your project data, and generate a relevant response. It understands construction terminology, trade workflows, and common builder questions. The more data you put into ProAI Builder (daily logs, expenses, documents), the more useful Arbor becomes.
Arbor does not make up information. If the answer is not in your data, it will tell you rather than guess.
Privacy
Arbor only accesses data within your ProAI Builder account. It cannot see other users' projects or data. When using Oakden's local-first deployment, AI processing happens entirely on your hardware, meaning your project data never leaves your network.
Getting Started
Open the AI Chat panel from any page in ProAI Builder. Start with a simple question about one of your projects and go from there. The more you use Arbor, the more efficient your daily workflow becomes.
